Sports Power Infrastructure Top 100 All State: Education and Career Development, Performance and Recognition

Get Rated. Get Ranked.

Sports Power Infrastructure™ connects residents to education, training, careers, supplier opportunities, contracts, infrastructure opportunities, savings and rewards through one integrated Workforce + Supplier Marketplace.

The Workforce + Supplier Marketplace is the starting point for all residents. Participants register for a Marketplace ticket to access the system, core resources and available opportunities. Once registered, residents can choose to register at any time for the Sports Power Rating or Sports Power Rating+, creating an additional pathway for personal development and recognition.

The Sports Power Rating goes beyond athletic performance. It combines speed, strength and agility with education and career readiness, creating a broader measure of what participants can bring to sports, school, work and their communities. Participants can become All State Qualifiers during Fall, Winter and Spring qualifying seasons, with qualifying scores used to determine Sports Power Top 100 All State recognition announced in June.

The program includes divisions for Teens ages 14 to 17, Young Adults ages 18 to 24, Adults ages 25 to 64, Active Aging adults 65 and older, and adults with developmental disabilities.

Participants can advance to Sports Power Rating+, adding a 100 point virtual communication and leadership session. The experience provides greater intelligence about themselves, including how they lead, communicate, navigate adversity and build resilience, and how those strengths can translate into education, sports, leadership and employment.
