Sports Power Infrastructure Launches Arkansas Top 100 All State to Connect Athletes with Infrastructure Careers and Supplier Opportunities

Top 100 | Sports Power Infrastructure

‍Little Rock, AR— Sports Power Infrastructure announced the Arkansas Top 100 All State pathway, connecting athletic performance with education, career readiness and opportunities across America’s infrastructure workforce and supply chains.

Top 100 is the development season to compete in the Sports Power Infrastructure League, where youth and adult athletes showcase their abilities within and beyond sports to accelerate their future.

The pathway begins with the Sports Power Draft, a free online entry point for youth ages 14 to 17, adults ages 18 to 64, adults 65 and older, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Participants can advance to the Sports Power Rating, which combines a self reported Speed, Strength and Agility score with a 100 point Education and Career Readiness Performance Assessment, with each representing 50% of the overall Sports Power Rating.

Athletes who meet the qualifying standard become All State Qualifiers and earn the opportunity to compete for Top 100 Arkansas All State recognition in 2027.

Participants can further advance through Sports Power Rating+, which adds a private 100 point Communication, Leadership and Resilience Performance Assessment, helping participants demonstrate how they communicate, lead, respond to challenges and perform under pressure.

Beyond sports, the Arkansas initiative will expose athletes and families to workforce, career and supplier opportunities across Energy and Utilities, Data and AI, Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Maritime and Ports, and Hospitality and Tourism.

“Arkansas has an opportunity to connect its athletes and families directly to the industries investing in and building America,” said Tenicka Chaney, Managing Director of DomesticContent.com and a member of the Sports Power Infrastructure Leadership Team. “Top 100 is bigger than recognizing athletic performance. We are creating visibility into careers, local supplier opportunities and the skills needed to participate in growing infrastructure markets. Our goal is to help more communities Build American, Buy American and Invest American while giving athletes a pathway to compete on the field and in the economy.”

The SPIN Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is the licensed national provider of Sports Power Infrastructure youth and family programming, connecting sports with jobs and workforce development, suppliers and supply chains, and community benefit. The Foundation also upskills local nonprofit organizations to deliver Sports Power Infrastructure programming in their communities, helping build local capacity and long term impact.
