Coaches

Coaches: The Architects of Athletes, Careers & Communities

Coaches shape lives, instilling discipline, resilience, and leadership that extend beyond the game. Their mentorship influences education, career paths, and personal growth, opening doors to lifelong opportunities.

At Sports Power Infrastructure, we believe that when coaches understand both legacy and emerging industries—especially those tied to job creation, small business contracting, and community investments—they can better connect athletes and communities to new opportunities.

Through our Coaches Clinics and Licensing Agreements, we equip coaches with industry insights and resources, ensuring they remain leaders in athletic and professional development.

Who We Define as Coaches

Coaches include paid employees, volunteers, mentors or family who dedicate their expertise to guiding athletes in sports, fitness, and personal development.

Coach Clinics

Sports Power Infrastructure™ Coaches Clinics are designed to introduce coaches to both traditional and emerging industries, providing fundamental industry knowledge and guidance on local and domestic content requirements. These clinics help coaches explore educational, career, and business opportunities that can benefit their communities.

Each Coaches Clinic features:

  • Hands-on industry-themed activities that provide practical learning experiences

  • Industry networking opportunities to connect coaches with experts and professionals

By equipping coaches with essential industry insights, these clinics empower them to better support their families and communities, leading them toward valuable opportunities in various fields.

This program is also a prerequisite for coaches to apply for a Sports Power Infrastructure™ License.
